I feel that a good potato salad is hard to come by.  Especially when you compare it to one that you consider the best, the one you grew up with.  My mom makes a pretty mean potato salad, but I do not get it often since she is not close by.  So I set out to find a recipe that my family, that is close, could live with.  After all, they love my mom’s as well.

I think I have found a tater salad that not only satisfies, but maybe is just as good as my mom’s.  I of course found it in Family Circle magazine. (Man, I love this magazine!!)  The name is Creamy Dilled Potato Salad.  I am so used to a little mustard in mine, but this one has NONE.

It really is yummy and I believe it is a winner.  Brad (my sister, Amy’s husband) said that it would be fantastic with his American brisket.  Hmmm…is that a compliment??  I think so!!
